The industrial Internet platform deeply integrates a new generation of information technology and industrial systems and aims to apply the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence to the entire process of industrial production and manufacturing,to promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of industrial systems.Industrial Internet platforms such as COSMOPlat promote the development of industrial systems in soft links such as raw material supply,logistics transportation,and product sales.However,there is a lack of effective means in terms of information technology in-depth product manufacturing process,health management and traceability,which leads to the disconnection and low efficiency of information technology and the core links of industrial systems.At the same time,the application of industrial Internet platforms leads to the problem of safe sharing and control of industrial data.Combining the application scenarios of the industrial Internet of non-standard machinery,this paper studies the process management model of the industrial Internet platform based on blockchain to realize the management and control of the full life cycle of non-standard machinery;based on technologies such as elliptic curve cryptography and inadvertent transmission protocol,the research of industrial Internet platform The data access control mechanism realizes the safe sharing and privacy protection of industrial data with low overhead.In response to the needs of non-standard machinery manufacturing,product health management and traceability,the use of blockchain smart contracts to combine the data generated by industrial Internet of Things equipment,ERP systems and logistics management systems,and propose a lightweight blockchain-based Class-level non-standard mechanical product full life cycle management model,to realize the full life cycle process management and traceability from raw material supply,logistics transportation,product production transaction,product operation status monitoring to product after-sale health management,and improve industrial management efficiency.In the after-sales stage of the product,the industrial Internet of Things technology is used to collect the evaluation parameters of the electrical system,transmission system and environmental data of the equipment's real-time operating status,and propose a quantitative description and calculation method for the comprehensive health status of non-standard mechanical products,which compares the product operating status data is directly stored in the blockchain.This method can reduce the storage volume of product operating state data on the blockchain by about 53.5% on average.Aiming at the problem that the blockchain-based full life cycle management model of nonstandard mechanical products proposed in this paper requires frequent addition and removal of user permissions,which results in high time overhead,the ciphertext policy attribute based encryption(CP-ABE)scheme is used to propose a CP-ABE scheme with efficient attribute update capability.Aiming at the problem that the bilinear pairing operation in the data encryption stage of the traditional CP-ABE scheme is expensive and cannot be applied to industrial Internet equipment with limited computing resources and high time overhead requirements,the elliptic curve scalar multiplication operation is used to replace the bilinear pairing operation,A lightweight industrial data encryption method is proposed in this paper.Experiments show that compared with the scheme proposed by Liu et al.,the computational cost is reduced by about 40% on average while ensuring data security.Aiming at the problem of device identity information leakage in the process of the data owner registering with the blockchain system to obtain the identity certificate in the proposed CP-ABE scheme with efficient attribute update capability,an ECC-based lightweight data secure transmission method is proposed using elliptic curve encryption technology.Experiments show that when the number of senders' secrets in the proposed scheme is less than 70,it has obvious advantages in time overhead compared with the ECDH key agreement algorithm,and it is more suitable for industrial Internet environments.Based on the above-mentioned proposal,the Jinlu Industrial Internet Platform was designed and implemented.The platform has functions such as raw material supply,product production management,product distribution,product health status management,logistics management,authority management,transaction traceability,and live video broadcasting.It realizes the traceability of the product life cycle,the safe and efficient sharing of industrial data.The platform has been applied to Jin Lu company with the non-standard machinery industry,verified the usability of the platform.
