The flexible pressure sensor is a device that can convert the applied pressure into the electrical signal.Because of its advantages of being thin and light,bending and conformal surface with different rules,it has a wide application prospect in the fields of health care,human machine interactions and biomedicine.In this thesis,a high-conductivity PEDOT/PSS(Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/ polystyrene sulfonate)is used to study a flexible pressure sensor with a wide dynamic response range,and the sensor's function in human pulse and human machine interactions is verified.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)A flexible pressure sensor with wide dynamic response applied to human machine interactions is proposed.Based on the permeation characteristics of PEDOT/PSS in the fabric matrix,perfect fusion of PEDOT/PSS and nylon matrix by impregnating PEDOT/PSS to form a highly stable and highly conductive sensitive three-dimensional dielectric permeation network to achieve the preparation of a composite dielectric layer with fatigue resistance and linear response,Using the micro-vector laser engraving process to realize the preparation of arrayed sensor electrodes and precise output cables.The sensor achieves an ultra-wide dynamic response range(6 Pa-2.4 MPa),fast response time(40 ms),good resistance to mechanical fatigue,and weak physiological signal pulse measurement.(2)A set of flexible pressure sensor array detection system was designed and implemented,and the function of pressure detection and display was tested and experimentally verified.Based on the ultra-high detection limit and wide dynamic response range of the sensor,the sensor array detection system is designed,including the sensor array,detection circuit,signal processing and computer display.The pressure received by the 4×4 sensor array is collected and detected.The signal processing of the sensor array by the processing circuit identifies the position and size of the force,and the experimental pressure distribution is displayed in real time through the upper computer display software.(3)A set of manipulator control system was designed and implemented,which verified the application of flexible sensors in human machine interactions.By integrating the sensor on the wearable glove,it can quickly and flexibly respond to human hand actions,use the data processing module and the wireless transceiver terminal to complete the precise control of the remote manipulator,and finally realize the human machine interactions manipulator system design.In this work,a flexible pressure sensor with wide dynamic response is fabricated based on conductive fabric.Finally,a manipulator system with physiological weak signal detection,pressure display and human machine interactions is realized,which provides a new idea for the development of flexible sensor parts in physiological detection and human machine interactions.
