Recently,more and more applications are gradually moving towards flexibility,such as flexible viewing screen,flexible bracelet and flexible robot.The flexibility of these applications makes our life more convenient,and symbolizes the progress of technology.All of these flexible applications need flexible sensors as key device.So,the research of flexible sensors is of great significance.This article mainly researched capacitive type flexible pressure sensor.The sensor use“sandwich structure”which is of high sensitivity and easy to fabricate.Traditional flexible sensors usually use macromolecule polymer materials as flexible substrate,such as polydimethylsiloxane?PDMS?,Glycol ester?PET?,resin and so on.Although these materials have great flexibility,the surfaces of them are difficult to handle.The article chose paper as substrate,which is free of extra surface treatment the and easy to deal with.What's more,The micro structure on the paper surface are of great benefit to enhance the performance of the sensor.We synthesized high aspect ratio silver nanowires?AgNWs?and multi-walled carbon nanotubes by ourselves.Both of them are one-dimensional nanomaterials,and their impact on the sensor performance were contrativelyresearched.The polydimethylsiloxane?PDMS?was chosen as the dielectric layer,because of its excellent flexibility and elastic recovery.This is very beneficial to improve the flexible sensors'sensitivity.The main research contents are follow:Firstly,we researched a flexible sensor whose electrodes were constructed by silver nanowires?AgNWs?.The ultra long silver nanowires?AgNWs?were synthesized by liquid phase polyol reduction,using CuCl2 as catalysts and realizing multi-cycle growth by controlling environment strictly.The sensor was constructed by“Sandwich structure”and the dielectric layer is polydimethylsiloxane?PDMS?.The sensitivity of the sensor is ashigh as 1.05 kPa-1.The detection range is from 1 Pa to 15 kPa.After500 times tests,the sensor still remain stable.Secondly,we researched a flexible sensor whose electrodes were made by multi-walled carbon nanotubes.Strong acid and sodium dodecyl sulfate?SDS?were used to disperse multi-walled carbon nanotubes,and then vacuum filtration was adopted to help the carbon nanotube thin film formation.The substrate was chose to be hydrophilic MCE filter.The sensor's structure and the dielectric material were as same as the silver nanowires?AgNWs?based sensor.The sensitivity of the sensor is as high as1.02 kPa-1.The detection range is from 1 Pa to 10 kPa.It also has good repeatability.Finally,we fabricating an 8×8 flexible sensor array whose electrodes were mutually perpendicular.By this sensor array,the stress condition of 64 points can be obtained.The state monitoring writing and weight was realized.Besides,other applications,such as bending,double click mouse and speaking were also tested.
