With the increasing scale of trade in coastal ports,port machinery and equipment have begun to develop in the direction of hugeness,automation and intelligent management.Regular inspection and maintenance is a means to keep the equipment running normally.However,the current management mode and maintenance mode of some port equipment still use the old planned maintenance,which can easily cause idle resources and waste.Even if the monitoring system is adopted,there are defects such as blind spots and insufficient functions.Aiming at the problems of port equipment inspection management,a brand-new port equipment inspection management system was designed to improve the efficiency and management level of port enterprise inspections.Based on the research of port equipment and inspection process,the main problems existing in port equipment inspection are summarized,and a set of online management system that can simultaneously conduct inspections on the Web and mobile terminals is planned.The personnel requirements and functional requirements of the system modules are studied.Use the concise and efficient principles of software design,C# language and B/S architecture design ideas to build the web-side framework of the system.In view of the characteristics and quantity of enterprise data,the SQL database was selected,and the E-R diagram model of the database and the database table structure were designed.Use Dingding's micro-application platform to build mobile terminal development.FMEA is used to analyze the equipment failure mode,score the severity,occurrence and detectability of the failure,and determine the danger level of the equipment failure mode based on the comprehensive score.SVM was used to establish the failure model to predict the probability of failure.The application of the system improves the weak links in the inspection system,not only improves the efficiency of data reporting for operators,but also ensures the quality of equipment inspections while enhancing the supervision of equipment inspections,and improves the ability to respond to equipment defects and failures.Figure 50;Table 14;Reference 50...
