Gluing,as a key link in the car manufacturing process,the goodness of colloid quality will directly be related to the performance of the automobile,such as sealing,anticorrosion,damping,etc.During gluing,there are often defects such as glue-breaking,wide or narrow,thick or thin colloid due to unstable glue outflow,therefore,gluing quality problem is attached importance to.Because the colloid must not be contacted and the non-contact measurement becomes best testing means.The two-dimensional testing method based on machine vision can not test the thickness information of the colloid,but the colloid width,glue-breaking and other defects and is easily effected by shadow and contrast,causing identification error of colloid edge and there is huge limitation.Three dimensional testing technology for the automobile gluing quality based on line structured light was researched with the purpose of providing a practical gluing testing method for automobile manufacturing industry,thus better controlling gluing quality.Specific research content is as follows:First,Aiming at the difficulty problem appeared in the gluing testing,designed the overall measurement scheme of gluing quality testing system,selected the key equipment according to the performance requirements of the testing system.Second,Researched on the measurement principle of laser triangulation,constructed the math model of line structured light sensor and optimized the structure parameters according to the actual design requirements.Third,Built the testing system experiment platform and achieved three dimensional reconstruction of the colloid section outline,completed the size measurement of the colloid width and thickness.The average absolute error of the measured glue width is0.314 mm,and the average absolute error of the glue thickness is 0.282 mm.Fourth,In the experiment,explored the impact of the colloid color and gluing amount on measurement accuracy and analyzed the reasons for difference of errors measured under different conditions.Figure 39;Table 9;Reference 57...
