Due to the advantages of high data rate,low latency,low cost,large capacity,and large-scale device co nnections,the fifth generation wireless system(5G)has achieved commercial use and has emerged in the industrial Internet.The 5G terminal antenna is a component of signal radiation and reception in the 5G communication system,and its performance will affect the quality of the 5G communication system.Firstly,current 5G system is mainly covered the three frequency bands of N41,N77 and N79,In view of this,three-band working requirements are necessary for 5G terminal antennas.Secondly,the5 G terminal antenna has multiple antenna units,where coupling effects are easily generated.This situation affects the radiation performance of the antenna.Therefore,the research on the tri-band and low mutual coupling technology of 5G terminal antennas has important practical application value.Combined with the research on the tri-band low mutual coupling technology of 5G terminal antennas,this thesis designs a tri-band 5G terminal antenna and a tri-band low mutual coupling 5G terminal antenna.The main work is summarized as follows:1.Design of tri-band 5G terminal antenna.The related technology of microstrip antenna multi-frequency is studied,and a monopole 5G terminal tri-band antenna fed by microstrip line is designed.The technology of bending radiating stubs is used to reduce the height and size of the antenna.The designed antenna is a three-stub forked structure,which can achieve good tri-band characteristics.The measured return loss bandwidths are2510MHz?2700MHz,3450MHz?4200MHz and 4750MHz?5020MHz,covering the three communication frequency bands of the 5G communication system.The antenna also has significant features such as compact structure,small size,and easy production.2.Design of tri-band and low mutual coupling 5G Terminal Antenna.The related technology of decoupling between antenna elements is studied,and an 8-element low mutual coupling 5G terminal tri-band antenna is designed.The designed antenna uses 8antenna elements,and "T"-shaped parasitic stubs are used between the antenna elements to prevent the coupling waves from the antenna surface.In addition,an "H"-shaped gap is adopted between the two antenna elements on the ground plate,which changes the space effect among antenna elements,and finally obtains the characteristics of low coupling among antenna elements.The measured mutual coupling coefficients on the three frequency bands are all less than-15 d B.At last,this thesis combined the 5G module to verify the communication function of the designed tri-band low mutual coupling antenna for the 5G terminal.The experimental results present that the designed 5G terminal tri-band low mutual coupling antenna can be well applied to the communication frequency band of the 5G communication system and meet the communication requirements of the 5G terminal system.
