At present,the network has been closely linked with industrial production,and the use of wireless network communication in the data environment can greatly reduce the cost of information resource interaction.In the numerical control environment,some fragile standardization protocols are used because of the limitation of conditions,which makes the network communication security more serious.The CNC environment requires high realtime communication,and the protocol is also a special protocol for industrial control network.The traditional audit system can not meet the requirements of its security audit.Therefore,an efficient communication audit system is needed to ensure the security of the CNC network system.The research focus of this paper is to realize a wireless CNC network communication audit system with high efficiency,high accuracy and easy to expand.Based on the core bypass technology,the audit algorithm based on rule matching and the audit method based on machine learning are studied.The related protocols used in the NC production environment are studied and analyzed.The wireless CNC network audit system composed of data audit and audit management is designed by cluster theory.The data listening module in data audit is based on the bypass technology of netmap kernel,and the data capture rate is improved by zero copy technology.The protocol analysis module completes the analysis of the special protocol in the NC environment.The audit module adopts a variety of audit methods to improve the intelligence of audit.The efficiency of audit is improved by BM algorithm and optimized neural network.Results the response module can make corresponding measures to various audit results.Audit management provides a visual display interface for security administrators to reduce the complexity of operations.The simulation test is carried out by using the communication in the simulation numerical control environment.The test results show that the system has higher throughput and lower CPU utilization than the traditional packet capturing mode in netmap mode.At the same time,it can complete the audit work for all kinds of protocol systems,and meet the expected requirements.
