Design And Implementation Of Privacy Protection Algorithm Evaluation Support System

With the rapid development of information technology,privacy protection algorithms have been widely used in many fields.The effectiveness of the privacy protection algorithm depends on the evaluation indicator,but the existing data publishing platform for privacy protection lacks the attention to the evaluation of the algorithm.Therefore,extending the privacy protection algorithm evaluation support system in the existing platform can provide convenient and direct help to professional users' comparative experiment needs,and provide the evaluation results of different algorithms on the comparative indicators,which can save users' coding time and improve the efficiency of the algorithm comparative evaluation.Based on the analysis of the overall requirements of the privacy protection algorithm evaluation support system,the overall architecture of the system is designed according to these requirements,including data management module,indicator management module,comparative task management module and calculation and evaluation module.The data management module is responsible for uploading the original data file,storing the original data file and protected data file.The indicator management module analyzes the commonness existing in the evaluation indicator calculation process and provides the designed calculation units by splitting,allowing users to drag the calculation unit on the visual page to customize the evaluation indicator and save the calculation process of the indicator,which improves the universality of the system.The comparative task management module supports users to create privacy protection algorithm comparison task,and then take the original file and result file before and after the completion of task execution as input to obtain the algorithm comparison and evaluation result.The calculation and evaluation module acquires the calculation process of the indicators,analyzes the calculation,and presents the comparative evaluation results online in the form of charts,which enables users to clearly understand the performance ability and differences of different algorithms in the evaluation indicators.The system has been tested in many aspects,and the test results show that the system can provide users with more comprehensive functions of self-defining evaluation indicators,creating comparative tasks,analyzing and calculating evaluation indicators and generating evaluation charts.which are in line with the expected effect.At the same time,the evaluation indicators defined in the system have good coverage,and the accuracy of the comparative evaluation data is verified after comparing with other methods.
