In recent years,with the rapid development of Industrial Internet of Things(IIo T)and the upgrading of its architecture,many new industrial technologies emerge as the times require.With the advent of Industry 4.0 and the launching of the "Made in China 2025" plan,the industry starts to focus on the contradiction between the growing needs of big data,user applications,development of IIo T and traditional cloud computing,manufacturing control technology,which hinders the development of intelligent manufacturing.The solution for these is to emerge a new computing paradigm-Edge Computing.Edge computing aims to replace the services capacity of cloud computing,nearer to the device and data end,it also completes the functions of computing,storage,network and Io T architecture,thereby solving the problems of cloud computing in huge data load,privacy security,etc.In the industrial field,on the one hand,the rapid development and variations of services,the demand for flexible expansion and reduction of industrial control system is also growing,on the other hand,the high coupling degree between “industrial application” and“control system”,the limitation of the latter interface,have hindered the deployment,expansion,conversion and upgrading of industrial equipment as well as application.With the continuous upgrading of multi-tenant network,many problems arise in real-time interaction,privacy security,resource management technology in terms of devices.In these aspects,it is important to seek more effective solutions on this research and development of industrial edge computing architecture and industrial edge computing controller.Firstly,to improve the flexibility of industrial edge services.Secondly,to safeguard the security and privacy of industrial edge data.Lastly,to increase the real-time and joint control of industrial applications.According to the above problem analysis and the existing technical scheme,the main focus of this research is:(1)Based on the previous research and analysis of edge computing architecture,industry solutions and key technologies,which are combined with typical industrial scenarios and requirements.This master thesis aims to design technical solutions for software and hardware of industrial controller,and a verification platform for proposed controller.This master thesis completes the selection of the edge devices in verification platform.Through the demand analysis,the combination of advantages between typical,industrial technology and edge computing,and the design and function's definition of the calculation model architecture are carried out in this master thesis.The main feature of this controller majorly comprises a low-cost industrial single board computer,which replaces the traditional combination of PC and PLC,which is used to complete the research and embarks on the implementation of the key technology of edge computing control.(2)With the reference of typical industrial applications,accompanied with the definition and design of each hierarchical function.This master thesis applies the open control platform combining with other IDE as well as open source algorithm library to complete the development work of industrial multi-protocol access,data preprocessing,industrial visual processing,motion control and other functions.This master thesis intends to solve the problem of key technology integration by utilizing the IPC in this controller,which plays the core role in verification platform.It will examine typical,industrial applications on basis of its control,computing and network functions,and finally the verification of the key technologies of the edge controller is completed.(3)This master thesis is based on the implementation of the key technology of the edge controller,considering the real-time,satisfaction and randomness of the services of industrial applications,there will be new requirements in the industrial scenes for resource efficiency,application of lagging and energy consumption reduction.Moreover,the cluster domain of industrial scene makes the cooperation of multi-edge computing nodes become important support for distributed service resources.It is necessary to improve the resource efficiency of the industrial scene.This part firstly analyzes the industrial scene and designs the computing network architecture,and then proposes a strategy of task scheduling and resources allocation based on the cooperation of multi-controllers.Combining with the edge gateway as the resource management and task scheduling center,the optimum goal of the task delay of edge computing is perceived through simulation,thus achieving the satisfaction of industrial business services,reducing the energy consumption,and ensuring the rational use of industrial edge node resources.
