With the rapid development of express business in China,the logistics express market has fallen into a fierce price war of market share competition.The franchised network nodes have high cost and low profit,which urgently need good end distribution support.Facing the industry trend of applying joint distribution to express logistics industry,shared network node is a network composed of several terminal franchisees,which can provide common transportation and d istribution services,realize the standardization of transportation capacity,so as to achieve the effect of economies of scale.In view of the system requirements of shared network node facing multi-express enterprise headquarters,the current network capacity scheduling is not enough to cope with a large number of express,multi-center and complex timeliness business assessment after collection,and can not play the scale role of shared network node.In this paper,we mainly study the capacity resource scheduling of sharing network node,design the path decision-making mechanism for the upstream and downstream express distribution of shared network node and form the specific route and scheme,design and develop the corresponding optimization scheduling system for the capacity resource of shared network node.Specifically,it includes the following aspects:Aiming at the problem of serious loading waste of tail cargo and low vehicle loading rate in the process of traditional network node vehicles going to the single-body transfer center to pick up goods,and different time limits for the entry and clearance of multi-enterprise centers in shared network node,this paper proposes a multi-agent transfer center transportation vehicle capacity optimization scheduling model based on shared network node.For this model,a two-stage algorithm based on combination strategy is designed,and the tra ditional realistic scheduling simulation algorithm and tabu search algorithm are achieved by the experiment.According to the experimental results,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.After the integration,the shared network node gathers many express brand,the express business package volume doubles,and the dispatch time index is different.In view of the current dispatch manual experience planning accuracy is low,easy to lead to high distribution delay rate,high customer complaint rate,hi gh enterprise penalty rate and other issues,this paper constructs the shared network node dispatch path planning model with the goal of the highest total profit of distribution,different from the traditional path planning problem,this model is driven by express package for express customer group.The improved genetic annealing algorithm and the heuristic algorithm based on greedy strategy are used to solve the problem,and the experimental results are compared and analyzed.On the basis of the above research work,aiming at the characteristics of the express under the shared network node,according to the shared network and the main participants,this paper analyzes the process of urban shared network express distribution,applies the method of transport capacity resource scheduling,analyzes the participation role of shared network node transport capacity resource scheduling system,defines the main function of system role and the system overall business process through the legend.This paper develops the shared network node transport capacity resource scheduling system,designs the system architecture,functional modules and business database,designs the two core businesses of joint transportation management and joint distribution management around the optimization scheduling of the capacity resources,and completes the application verification and system testing of the actual business.
