High Frequency surface wave radar plays an important role in over-the-horizon Early Warning and anti-low-altitude penetration because of its excellent characteristics of over-the-horizon detection and all-weather operation.However,due to the low operating frequency band and the low range and angle resolution of HF ground wave radar,the positioning accuracy of single base station HF ground wave radar is poor.The distributed high frequency ground wave radar(DFGWR)has the ability to improve the detection ability and positioning accuracy of the target by using the characteristics of multi-station simultaneous observation.In order to improve the positioning accuracy of HF ground wave radar,the research of target location technology based on multi-station and multi-measurement information is carried out in this paper.In this paper,the problem of estimating the bearing parameters of the target is studied firstly.In this paper,the conventional DOA estimation algorithms based on element space are studied,including the maximum output signal-to-noise ratio algorithm based on spatial filtering,the minimum variance distortion-free Algorithm and the MUSIC estimation algorithm Then,the direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation algorithm based on beam space is introduced,including MUSIC estimation algorithm based on beam space and improved DOA estimation algorithm,at the same time,several algorithms of DOA estimation based on two kinds of space are compared.Then,the positioning Algorithms under different radar positioning system models are studied.Firstly,TDOA-AOA joint localization algorithm is studied,including Chan Algorithm,Taylor algorithm and constrained least square algorithm,and the localization performance of the three algorithms is analyzed and compared,LLOP algorithm,MDS Algorithm and TOA-AOA joint localization algorithm based on interior point method,which construct optimization function by using the delay information of the target based on least square method,at the same time,the orientation information of the target is taken as the constraint of the optimization function,and the location information of the target is estimated by the interior point method in convex optimization theory.Finally,the TOA-AOA joint localization problem in Non-Line of Sight(NLOS)environment is studied,and the performance of these algorithms is analyzed,two kinds of scatter models are introduced,one is the scatter ring model,the other is the scatter disk model.Then two optimization methods are introduced,which are based on the nonlinear method,a new optimization function and corresponding constraints are constructed according to the NLOS environment to locate the target,and an improved LLOP algorithm based on linear optimization is proposed,the weight value is constructed by residual function of distance and azimuth,and the estimated results are weighted to sum,so as to determine the unknown target.
