With the tremendous change of "Internet plus services",the information society is showing the trend of networking,intelligence,service and mobile.The modern service industry has also been upgrading and emerging new formats,thus forming the Internet of Services(Io S).In the service Internet,online and offline services are interconnected,and complex service solutions are constructed in the form of cross-network and crossboundary.A large number of services and service solutions make the service Internet have the characteristics of large data scale,service autonomy,lack of unified organization and hosting,strong spatiotemporal dynamic changes of indicators,difficult establishment of indicator system,and complicated data collection and calculation of various types.Therefore,how to trace the real-time index perception and rational use of perception data of these services and service schemes is an urgent problem to be solved.Aiming at these two problems,this paper studies the value and quality perception technology of service Internet from the following four aspects(1)Overall architecture of service Internet value and quality perception: the logical architecture and physical architecture are analyzed and designed respectively,and how to integrate the evaluation index system,service perception system,value and quality tracking and traceability is elaborated and applied to the optimization design of service Internet.This paper analyzes the value quality capability index system in detail,introduces the general structure and instance structure derived from it,and comprehensively classifies the granularity and perceived trigger time of the index,to adapt to the design and application scenarios.(2)Research on the monitoring and measurement methods of service Internet value and quality: during the operation of service Internet solutions,it is necessary to perceive and evaluate whether the service value and quality are fully realized on schedule through effective means,as well as to perceive and measure the overall performance of big data service Internet system in a multidimensional way,and establish perfect quantitative measurement methods and statistical means.(3)Research on the method of causal model construction and traceability: use a large number of historical perception data to build the model,trace the source,identify the defects of service Internet solutions,ensure the performance and reliability of service operation,and make each subject carry out continuous quality control and value improvement.(4)Service Internet value and quality perception system: to verify the feasibility of the above theory,the service Internet value and quality perception system is developed.The tool includes the whole process of perception: Service/solution index configuration,run-time code generation,causal model configuration,perception data summary,etc.
