Owing to the increasing environmental pressure and competitive pressure,stronger ability of the cost management of enterprises is increasingly desired.In the process of steam transportation,the superheat temperature of steam is affected by heating load,steam supply pressure and heating temperature.In actual operation,considering the problem of simple control,a steam temperature far higher than the saturation temperature under the rated pressure is generally set to increase the superheat temperature of the conveying steam,so as to meet the requirements of steam dryness under different pressures and loads.Therefore,there is considerable material waste and cost loss in the steam conveying system.In order to control the quality of steam transportation from the production end to the users,this thesis studies the following parameters.Firstly,the composition of the steam conveying system is studied,the thermodynamic analysis of the steam conveying system is carried out,the characteristics of each node of the steam conveying system are studied and modeled,the characteristics of each node of the control system are analyzed,the parameters of each node transfer function are determined through experiments,and the open-loop transfer function and closed-loop transfer function of the system are identified.Then,the traditional PID control method in the process of steam transportation is discussed,and the traditional PID control system is designed under the control requirements of superheat degree studied in this thesis.The design idea of direct fuzzy PID control is adopted,and the fuzzy control method of PID parameter variation is analyzed,and the fuzzy controller of fuzzy PID control system based on this control method is designed And the configuration of this controller in JX-300 XP DCS system is designed,which plays a guiding role in engineering practice.Finally,the traditional PID control method and fuzzy PID control system are simulated by MATLAB software,and the signal following situation under the traditional method and the adaptive control method based on Fuzzy PID is compared.The simulation results show that the adaptive control method based on Fuzzy PID is obviously better than the traditional control method,and the subsequent physical experiments also verify the effectiveness of the steam conveying system designed in this thesis.
