After the discovery of graphene,it stimulated in-depth research on twodimensional materials in the scientific community.These 2d-materials,such as transition metal dichalcogenides,have unique physical and chemical properties because they are only a few atomic layers thickness.They have shown excellent performance in optoelectronics and electronics,and even have applications in heat and mechanics.Now,2d-materials have become ideal materials for electronic devices and sensors.This article aims to propose a 2d ferroelectric material device and its preparation method.In recent years,the research on 2d materials has begun to tend to the van der Waals heterojunction of 2d materials.Among them,the discovery of ferroelectricity is of great significance in many application.However,there are few reports on 2d ferroelectric materials.This article is based on a class of two-dimensional materials.In2Se3 in transition metal dichalcogenide and CuInP2S6 in thiophosphate have excellent ferroelectric properties.It exhibits room-temperature ferroelectricity with reversible spontaneous polarization in both directions inside and outside of the plane.The ferroelectric devices obtained under our preparation method of the two ferroelectric materials have good performance.This makes the application prospects and application fields of the 2d material van der Waals heterojunction more extensive.The preparation method proposed in this paper is also simple and effective in the process of preparing the device,and will not cause excessive pollution to the material and the device.In a laboratory environment,a variety of reliable 2d material heterojunction devices can be efficiently fabricated.This article will study the combination of 2d materials and ferroelectric materials,making the application of 2d material devices more extensive.Based on the basic characteristics of the previous 2d materials,we have researched and prepared new devices.This article will be based on fabricating devices,researching devices,and characterizing devices to research the application of devices and the large-scale preparation and use of 2d materials.
