Now,with the continuous maturity and development of 5G technology,telecommunications industry of China has ushered in another spring,and its performance continues to grow rapidly.For communication equipment manufacturers such as ZX company marketing channel operation,as the main lifeline for the development of equipment manufacturers,is constantly changing under the new situation.ZX company must form an effective channel system,improve channel efficiency,expand profit margins,and meet the needs of consumers.ZX company is facing more and more intense competitive pressure,and a series of problems in channel management have become the main factor restricting its development and profit.In recent years,with the intensifying trade war,the development of equipment manufacturers is hindered,and ZX company,which is affected by the events in the United States,is faced with more severe challenges.In order to win in the fierce competition,ZX company must solve a series of existing channel management problems and establish a more perfect channel management system.From the perspective of the company,ZX Company needs to strengthen the control and management of the channel and change the supervision mode,establish a scientific and standardized marketing channel management model,provide better services for customers,better retain old customers,and actively expand new customers.Based on the research results of the theories and methods of marketing channels at home and abroad,this study designed a questionnaire for channel managers and agents at all levels of ZX company,and analyzed the survey results in combination with SWOT to conclude the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of ZX government and enterprise network in marketing channels.Aiming at the existence of ZX company marketing channel inter-district sales,sales people borrow the goods in advance,channel developing personnel quality is uneven,online marketing channel construction is not perfect,and the agent loyalty low problem,combined with the result of SWOT analysis,strengthened inter-district sales management,establish and improve online marketing channel scheme,establishing perfect reward system,strengthening the construction of staff skills training and perfect agent cooperation platform for the strategy to solve the problem,and from the Angle of the discrepancy and diversity of marketing channel mode on the future development of ZX company marketing channel has carried on the thinking and research.The above research will provide ideas,methods and theoretical reference for other managers and researchers in the same industry,and have practical guiding significance.
