Electronic commerce is as a new marketing channel overturned the marketing structure.But in the Chinese electronic commerce,some success and some fail.How can our company to find the right way to win the market with electronic commerce,it's the key point we will study.Xiaomi cell phone was published in China in 2011.Xiaomi was a great success in the Chinese cell phone market.It's because of his great marketing method,accurate market positioning and the whole new marketing channel.Xiaomi's sales volume developed with full speed in two years.Sales volume of 2012 is 7,190,000,and 2013's is 18,700,000.The rate of rise is 160%,this number is a miracle to the cell phone industry.It's made the eyes of the industry on Xiaomi.But the topic of whether Xiaomi's success will be continued has lots difference opinion.The new cell phone marketing channel of Xiaomi is a highly active and low cost,and it's the great advantage of Xiaomi.But what the advantage and shortage this market channel has,and if others cell phone company put to use this market channel,what result will happened,It's this article will discuss.This article will through study the new mode of direct selling marketing channel with electronic commerce and build the study model to analyze which of marketing channel is the right mode to the future.At last,I will analyze with SWOT model and give some advice to Xiaomi and others phone company.
