When the performance of the antenna needs to be measured,the vector network analyzer is usually used to test the transmission coefficient and reflection coefficient of the antenna.The desired performance evaluation index can be obtained by introducing the two coefficients into the formula.If the antenna is measured manually,each test station needs to be equipped with an operator,a network analyzer and a set of test fixture,which will cost a lot of manpower and material resources.Moreover,at present,the integration of intelligent products is getting higher and higher.Generally,a test antenna line integrates multiple frequency bands.The existing network analyzer has limited measurement ports and conventional vector network Generally,the analyzer only has two ports,and the four port vector network analyzer is very expensive.Even so,if you want to test the antenna with more than five frequency bands,the existing vector network analyzer is difficult to meet the test requirements.In the process of testing,the input and output cables can be repeatedly connected to measure different frequency bands,and this not only tests the efficiency It is low,and the test accuracy can not be guaranteed.Therefore,the research and development of antenna automatic test system based on network analyzer can well solve the test requirements of multi band antenna.Moreover,the automatic test ensures the test accuracy and the preservation of test data,realizes the information management,and reduces the threshold of operators,thus reducing the cost of employment.The hardware system mainly realizes the expansion of RF port and the trigger control of monitoring multi station.Firstly,the multi port RF switch and control unit are introduced to expand the measurement port of the existing instrument,break through the limitation of the number of measurement ports of the existing network analyzer,and realize the measurement of multi band skyline;secondly,the control unit detects the touch from the test fixture of different test positions If trigger is detected,the signal will be sent to the antenna automatic test software at PC terminal through serial port after processing.The design and implementation of RF electronic switch,supporting multi position parallel trigger.The software system mainly realizes automatic control and test.Firstly,the automatic test software initializes the vector network analysis,and then realizes the parameter setting;secondly,it sends the switching instruction to the RF switch matrix module,switches the test channel automatically,r ealizes the multi band measurement,and outputs the test results;in addition,according to the needs,the ports are combined and clustered,and the clustering information is written into the automatic test software;finally,days The graphic display modul e of line test data converts the data collected by vector network analyzer into coordinate graph display and outputs it to the display screen of corresponding station.The main contents include: program control of vector network analyzer,support of multi screen independent display,antenna measurement technology,design and implementation of RF electronic switch.Through the design and implementation of hardware system and software system,the whole antenna automatic test system is finally constructed,so as to realize the multi band measurement of antenna,and the graphical display of test results is carried out through the display,and finally the automatic test of antenna is realized.
