In the current situation of rapid development of e-commerce,traditional consumption patterns have changed,and new consumption patterns have begun to emerge.The reform of the logistics industry has gradually deepened,and the traditional commodity circulation model has begun to shift toward a new direction of "multi-type,small batch and multiple batches".Many links in the operation process of the distribution center have become more and more important under these backgrounds.The dissertation selects the link of order batching for in-depth research.At present,since most distribution centers and warehouses use manual systems,the labor intensity is relatively high.Therefore,the importance of this link to the service efficiency of the distribution center is obvious.This dissertation chooses to study the order batching method.The goal is to help the distribution center better choosing the right order batch strategy.First of all,according to the research problems,the basic picking area layout optimization model and order batching problem model are established.Due to the limitations of experimental conditions,the order batching problem model is selected as the main research object.This dissertation studies the application of three basic algorithms: seed algorithm,envelope algorithm and general genetic algorithm,and a new algorithm of Metropolis criterion mixed with simulated annealing algorithm in genetic algorithm is designed.Then,the algorithms are designed for order batch problem,and simple examples are used to illustrate.Compare them with the conventional order batching strategy.This dissertation studies whether the optimization algorithm can be combined with the order batch problem to minimize the picker's walking distance in the process of picking,which reflects the necessity of order batch optimization.Finally,in order to solve the problem of order batching in specific distribution center in real life,MATLAB was used to verify and test the four algorithms in the same simulation experiment environment on different order simulation data sets.The simulation results are compared and analyzed,and the algorithms with better performance are selected out.Using the characteristics of these algorithms,the decision-making system of order batching is designed,which provides an optimization idea for the distribution center and warehouse in the initial order batching.
