Design And Implementation Of Express Station Workbench

In the entire logistics industry,the more subdivided fast-moving industry uses a nationwide network service system to implement distributed shuttle operations,thereby providing customers with door-to-door LTL product fast transportation services from the shipper to the consignee.The large-size express station is currently the most important 4-6 level sinking market distribution service provider in the country,and it is an important growth point for continuing to expand the national sinking market in the future.The large-size express site workbench designed and implemented in this paper aims to provide a more efficient and more humanized systematic solution for the operation and management of various large-size express sites across the country.The system uses Java language for development,JSF as the project's microservice governance framework,and SpringBoot and My Batis as the project implementation framework.Through the analysis of product characteristics and user characteristics,the business requirements of the system are extracted.The system mainly includes four functional modules: operation management,site tasks,financial management,and data configuration.The following four modules are all independently designed and implemented by the author.(1)Operation management module: This module consists of three functions: site waybill management,site distribution monitoring,and site detention monitoring.It is responsible for monitoring the waybill distribution management of the entire large-size express site,and mainly serves the actual conditions of various large-size express sites across the country.First-line production managers,users can track the real-time distribution of all goods in the site by counting the delivery information of the large-size express site goods.(2)In-station task module: This module is composed of three functions: order completion,sign return management,and package sign printing.It is mainly respons ible for processing all the waybills in the large-size express site,and undertakes the main circulation process of all the waybills in the site.,To ensure that the two core processes of delivery and pickup can run efficiently.(3)Financial management module: This module consists of three functions:financial billing management,settlement document management,and value-added service management.It is mainly responsible for the management of the billing,settlement and value-added service process of the large-size express site waybill.The waybill in the site generates a statement in accordance with the relevant billing logic and submits it to the unified approval platform for approval.After the data is synchronized to the financial system,the corresponding collection and payment process is carried out.(4)Data configuration module: This module is composed of three major functions:site maintenance,user management and vehicle management.It is mainly responsible for the unified management of basic information,personnel information and vehicle information of large-size express sites.When new delivery personnel or vehicles are added to the site,the latest personnel and vehicle information on the site needs to be maintained in time for the subsequent personnel management and operation vehicle dispatch at the site.System business function verification results show that the large-size express site workbench meets the online requirements.The project has been officially put into production and online operation,and the system functions are still in the iterative development process,and more new functions will be launched one after another.In the future,we will continue to take this opportunity to continue to expand the sinking market across the country,so that every family across the country can enjoy a more convenient,intelligent and efficient logistics experience without distinction.
