The industrial production industry has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,but the traditional factory operation still uses the status quo of the traditional manual management mode in the past,applying cloud computing technology to the industrial production process,conforming to the industrial site for safe production and efficient production The development needs of full-process monitoring and control can solve the problems of "automatic islands" caused by the difficulty of integration of different systems and data sharing on the industrial site,and the geographical limitations of the monitoring system.This paper proposes a design and implementation scheme of a cloud platform-based data monitoring system architecture based on the subject goal of combining industrial field and industrial cloud platform.The specific implementation is based on Emerson's 600 MW thermal power plant simulation platform as the bottom layer,PLC as an external device,and the cloud.Designed for specific application functions,the three-party data exchange is achieved through OPC-MQTT and OPC-Modbus protocol conversion gateways.Its core components include industrial cloud platform management software,control systems,industrial communication servers,and data transmission software.The system has functions such as real-time data collection,template division,alarm rule setting,fault handling,application scenario simulation,data analysis,and command control.This paper proposes reference models for cloud platform and industrial field solutions for personnel in various industries by proposing architecture models of cloud platform-based data monitoring systems,design principles for communication protocol conversion,and industry-specific cloud platform application design solutions.Design ideas.At present,the system designed in this paper has been applied in the laboratory of colleges and universities,and the system is currently running stably and reliably.
