HUD(head up display),which is called head up display,has been applied to more and more military and civil aircraft because it can help pilots quickly get the information they need and improve their cognitive performance.At present,the single color coded HUD interface can not meet the needs of pilots to obtain information efficiently.Using the strategy of color stratification,the information in the HUD interface can be Effectively marked and distinguished.Secondly,in the current research of HUD interface color,there is an unavoidable problem:because of the special transparent material of HUD,the interface color designed by HUD overlaps with the background environment color,which reduces the identification of interface information and goes against the original intention of ergonomics design.The design of icon search experiment is to explore the optimal color level,the optimal combination of background color and foreground color.The second experiment is based on the conclusion of the hue experiment,to explore the influence of saturation and lightness on the search performance.Saturation and lightness are divided into three levels.The results of the two experiments are as follows:(1)when the background color is red,the foreground color is yellow and green,the search performance is the highest.In the interface design,the information with higher priority can be set to green,and other information can be set to yellow.(2)the background is red,and the foreground information is yellow and green.The HSV values of the two kinds of foreground are(120,66,99)and(60,66,99),(120,33,99)and(60,66,99),(120,33,66)(60,99,99),respectively.The three groups of foreground have high cognitive performance.The third experiment is the color layered EEG experiment,which analyzes the frequency domain,time-frequency and brain topographic map,and the theta/beta(TBR)of the frequency domain information The results show that the color scheme provided in Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 is better than the traditional green HUD interface,and can be applied to HUD color design.Furthermore,the best color is:(120,66,99)(60,66,99).
