The wide use of RFID promotes the accelerated development of the Internet of things era,as small as a screw can use RFID to manage the warehouse.The application of RFID system often has the characteristics of fast identification speed,high transmission efficiency and high information transparency.In the market demand for long distance and high sensitivity,it is particularly important to reduce the cost of equipment and improve the performance of equipment on the premise of meeting the effect of reading and writing products.1.The scheme and implementation of the hardware circuit of the reader device;2.The scheme and implementation of embedded software for reader writer;3.The performance of the reader is compared.Mainly through the research and trade-off of RF scheme,choose the secondary development of integrated chip to complete this research.The research content involves the research and selection of RF chip;Research and design of interface circuit and peripheral circuit;Research and implementation of air interface protocol iso18000-6c;The research of anti-collision algorithm and the realization of anti-collision algorithm by using Q value.Finally,a reader device that meets the market requirements is designed,which is a wireless data transmission system based on adf7023 chip and STM32 MCU.This paper mainly involves the hardware design of reader RF circuit: using STM32 chip with ADI adf7023 to complete the main RF circuit,with rffm6901 module to improve the RF signal gain,with ui011 to achieve real-time data input and display on PC.The software realization of the embedded software part of the reader: the main control program of the system is realized by C language,the air interface protocol iso18000-6c is realized,and the Q-value anti-collision algorithm is realized.Under the premise of low cost,it can achieve the goal of strong anti noise ability,fast card reading speed and high output power.
