In recent years,with the gradual implementation of the "Made in China 2025" plan,intelligent manufacturing has also rapidly developed in the direction of digitization,intelligence and visualization,and the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing has given birth to the physical world and the virtual world of information.The need for in-depth integration,digital twin technology,as the best way to realize the interactive integration of the physical world and the information world,just provides a new technical means for the development of intelligent manufacturing.This article mainly focuses on the problems of slow speed,low reproducibility and realtime visualization development driven by physical world data when modeling and restoring physical world scenes in digital twin technology,combined with utilization 3D modeling of oblique photography and point cloud and Unity real-time 3D rendering technology,proposed to use Unity3 D platform to establish a virtual digital twin system and complete real-time data driving and display in Unity3 D,realizing the rapid modeling of virtual twin scenes and the physical world Real-time-driven visual display of data.The paper takes the digital twin system of fan monitoring in campus gymnasium as an example,the paper verifies the feasibility of the scheme from two aspects: the construction of digital twin and the construction of real-time visualization system driven by data.It shows that the use of oblique photography and point cloud reverse construction Modeling and using Unity's real-time 3D rendering technology can meet the construction requirements of a digital twin-oriented real-time display system.The digital model constructed by the modeling technology of oblique photography and point cloud data has good performance in the digital twin system of fan monitoring in campus gymnasium,and provides a new idea for the scene modeling of virtual digital twin,which is useful for intelligent manufacturing.The modeling of virtual digital twins in the industry has a good reference.Using Unity3 D to implement the digital twin's scene layout and data-driven design under visual conditions can improve development efficiency,realize the restoration of virtual digital scenes more conveniently,improve the similarity between the physical world and the virtual world,and realize real-time digital twin-oriented The construction of the visualization system provides another way of thinking to help the implementation of digital twin technology.This paper mainly solves the problems of virtual digital twin scene modeling,connection and visualization between models and physical data sources,and mainly focuses on the construction and application research of digital twin virtual twin systems.
