Electric speakers are a kind of energy conversion device that directly converts electrical energy into sound,since the reform and opening up,China's electro-acoustic industry has made rapid progress and electric speakers have played an important role in this industry,it has achieved good results.However it is still not as good as some foreign brand speaker manufacturers in terms of factory quality management and quality supervision of speakers.Currently detection of electric speakers relies on manual operating systems and semiautomated systems,therefor it is necessary to develop towards full automation and intelligence,that can improve the quality supervision level of electric speakers and enhance the core competitiveness of such enterprises.Aiming at the above problems,this thesis has designed an online automatic detection system for electric speakers,using machine vision technology to obtain the solder joint position information of the speaker to be inspected,it calculates the required rotation angle of the speaker solder joint,coordinate with self-installed mechanical device to adjust the position of solder joints,automatically connect solder joints to the test port instead of manually touching solder joints to the probe.Finally,according to the software measurement results,the self-installed mechanical device automatically classifies the speakers.It sends speakers of different quality to the target location.Thus realizing the full automation and intelligent detection of speakers.The system is mainly divided into three parts: speaker solder joint positioning module,speaker position adjustment and classification module,and electro-acoustic parameter measurement module,the main technical point of the speaker solder joint positioning module is the image processing algorithm of the speaker solder joint,the algorithm can accurately identify the position of the speaker solder joints and calculate the angle of rotation of the speaker under different light intensities;The speaker position adjustment and classification module consists of a control system and autonomously installed mechanical devices,according to the actual needs of the manufacturer,the module has been reasonably laid out,which can quickly adjust the position of the speaker,which has a fast response and high efficiency;The electroacoustic parameter measurement module is mainly composed of hardware circuit and electroacoustic parameter measurement software,which can accurately measure the electroacoustic parameters of the speaker,on this basis,the noise reduction algorithm of the useful sound signal of the speaker in a stable noise environment is also studied,and the theoretical research and simulation experiments are performed,for lowfrequency speakers,electro-acoustic parameter measurement can be performed in a stable noise environment.In order to verify the feasibility of the design,the system was debugged and related indicators tested.The actual test shows that in the range of light intensity 133 Lux to 1176 Lux,the maximum error of the speaker solder joint positioning is 0.043659 mm,the speaker solder joint rotation error is within ± 1 and the maximum error of the forward and backward movement of the probe is less than 0.3mm,ensure that the speaker solder joints can be accurately docked to the test port;Simple operation of measurement software makes it easy for workers to use.In addition,if the sound detection box is not installed in the pipeline detection area,the noise reduction algorithm of the speaker sound signal can be used,significant noise reduction in the signal frequency range from 20 Hz to 10000 Hz.Finally,the system was tested several times for stability,the average time it took to detect and classify a speaker was about 15 seconds,and it has strong working stability,it can better meet the needs of this application field and provide automatic speaker detection.
