Since the 1980 s,CAD technology has entered a stage of rapid development,and its man-machine design method has greatly improved the design efficiency of enterprises.Connectors,as the connectors between electrical components,play the role of connecting or disconnecting current or signal,and are widely used in various electrical circuits.When an enterprise uses CAD technology to repetitively draw a large number of connector CAD drawings of the same type and different specifications,the drawing process is cumbersome and complicated,error-prone,and time-consuming,and other problems will ensue,which seriously affects the drawing efficiency of the connector CAD drawing and the economic benefits of the enterprise.Therefore,how to effectively solve this problem has become a focus of attention of enterprises.Research on the rapid design system for connector CAD drawings is carried out in this article.Systematic research is carried out for the automatic rapid generation of CAD drawings,information extraction and inspection and verification,and an automatic generation and verification system for the connector CAD drawings is constructed.The main content and research results of this article are as follows:(1)A method of automatically generating CAD drawings of connectors is proposed.Based on the characteristics of the connector CAD drawing and the superiority of Excel in data processing,with the aid of Auto CAD's secondary development interface Object Arx,the information is input by reading the Excel file storing the connector data,and according to the application of "block" tool,a method to realize the automatic generation of connector CAD drawings is proposed in this paper.(2)A method for automatically generating connector index information is proposed.Based on the automatically generated CAD drawing of the connector,a method for automatically generating the connector index map and the index query interface is proposed in this article.The connector catalog information is generated by obtaining the connector name,type,and location of the map frame,and the automatic quick positioning of the connector CAD drawing and the output storage of the connector catalog information are realized.(3)A method for automatically extracting and checking the text information of the connector CAD drawing is proposed.Based on the automatically generated CAD drawings of connectors and the tools such as block,multi-segment line and window selection set,the accuracy test of automatically generated CAD drawings of connectors is realized by extracting the drawing information,connector data information and title bar detail list and checking the matching with the original Excel file.(4)Based on the developed automatic generation and verification tool system of connector CAD drawings,an example of quick automatic generation of connector CAD drawings and connector index information and a verification example of automatic extraction and output verification of information of connector CAD drawings were carried out.The application of the tool system is demonstrated through the rapid and automatic generation of examples and the automatic extraction and output check of information,as well as the creation methods and concrete operations of each functional module.Through this research,the method and tool system of automatic generation and verification of connector CAD drawing are realized,which speeds up the drawing efficiency of connector CAD drawing and reduces the drawing cost of enterprises,which allows designers to focus on those more creative,innovative and divergent high-level thinking activities instead of graphic drawing,repetitive design operations,etc.,to maximize the use of talents.
