Humidity is a physical quantity indicating the amount of water vapor in the wet air.Humidity measurement is one of the important contents of ground and high-altitude observation.There are many methods and instruments for humidity measurement.Microscopic imaging-type dew-point humidity sensor based on image recognition method can accurately measure humidity.This article mainly researches the performance optimization of dew-point humidity sensor from the following three aspects:Starting from the measurement performance study,in addition to the Kelvin and Raoul effects,other factors affecting the measurement performance of the dew point humidity sensor were analyzed,including the control of the use of the dew point humidity sensor and the judgment of the timing of the mirror condensation and dissipation process.Starting from the accurate identification of the condensed state of the mirror,the condensed state of the mirror includes three states: clean mirror,dewdrop,and ice crystal.The convolutional neural network(CNN)algorithm is used to accurately identify the condensed state of the mirror;for 30,000 test samples,the clean mirror100 % Identification,99.28% identification of dewdrops,98.58% identification of ice crystals.Starting from the issue of water vapor release and adsorption during temperature changes,design experiments using tunable laser diode absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)were performed to verify the water vapor release effect of the dew point humidity sensor when the ambient temperature is rising and the water vapor adsorption effect when the ambient temperature is falling.And quantitatively gives the dew point type humidity sensor variable temperature compensation coefficient reference table to correct the sensor measurement value.The above research has important reference value for grasping the meas urement performance of the sensor,improving the recognition rate of the dew(frost),and compensating for the measurement error caused by the temperature change.
