Interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)is a new remote sensing measurement technology.It is the development of traditional SAR technology.It cannot only be used in 3D mapping,but also in other applications,such as velocity and deformation measurement.In recent years,spaceborne InSAR measurement have become important in Earth observation and research.With the wider application of InSAR products,the requirement for precision is becoming higher and higher.Because the main reasons of affecting product accuracy are the performance of InSAR system and the error of information acquisition and processing,error analysis and performance evaluation become an indispensable part of InSAR research.This paper focuses on the performance evaluation methods of InSAR processing.Based on the analysis of the existing methods,some of them which have shortcomings are further studied.The quantitative analysis of the control point evaluation method is carried out.And a fast,robust and high-precision method for solving ideal interferometric phase is proposed.Using InSAR simulation system,the theoretical derivation and the proposed method are verified and analyzed by experiments.The specific work of this paper is as follows:InSAR measurement principle and performance evaluation methods are studied in chapter 2.The basic methods of InSAR measurement are introduced,and a common spaceborne bistatic InSAR measurement RD model is proposed.The error sources of InSAR measurement are analyzed.Based on this,the existing InSAR performance evaluation methods are systematically collated and analyzed,and the evaluation methods based on simulation are introduced,which make the InSAR evaluation system more complete.The evaluation system lays the foundation for the following performance evaluation methods research.Chapter 3 focuses on the control points evaluation method of InSAR.By deducing the probability density functions of interferometric phase in typical scenes and at the position of control points,the influence of the magnitude of control points on the evaluation results is analyzed quantitatively.Moreover,simulations are carried out to verify the effectiveness of this derivation.Finally,a new method to select the appropriate magnitude of control points is proposed.In chapter 4,the evaluation method of ideal interferometric phase is studied.The methods of solving the ideal interferometric phase of InSAR height measurement and the ideal deformed phase of D-InSAR are proposed,and the error of ideal interferometric phase solution is analyzed.Aiming at the huge calculating task of ideal interferometric phase,two fast improved methods are proposed.Moreover,the precision and validity of the fast methods are analyzed by simulation.The ideal interferometric phase evaluation method in ground and ocean height measurement and deformation measurement are simulated,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.In the end,the evaluation software about the research results of this chapter is introduced.
