| The loop antenna is an ideal large deployable antenna structure at present.Surface error is one of the most important performance indexes of the loop mesh antenna.The shape of the mesh directly determines the principle error and design error of the antenna,and indirectly affects the in-orbit error of the antenna.Therefore,it is very necessary to optimize the design of the mesh configuration of the loop network antenna.The specific work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the geometric design method of loop antennas is studied.This paper studies the geometric design method based on projection mapping method and subregion segmentation method,discusses the method to describe the topology of cable net structure,puts forward a new method of boundary topology description,Maxwell’s criterion was deduced to meshing in three-way mesh antenna boundary cable net design in the specific application form,build the corresponding math expression form of boundary cable net design criterion.Secondly,the pretension design of cable net structure and the evaluation method of mesh configuration are studied.In this paper,the mesh configuration of the same internal cable net and different boundary cable net is evaluated by the pretension optimization design method based on the equilibrium matrix.The method directly limit node position in the ideal node position,ensure the fitting error will not change,thus it can be through tension evenness index of mesh configuration with different boundary topologies to evaluate the mesh configuration.The pretension optimization design method and mesh configuration evaluation method are verified by examples.Finally,an optimum design method for boundary cable nets is proposed.This method is based on the idea of separating the connection topologies of the internal cable and the boundary cable net.Through the geometric design method to determine the internal cable net to meet the design requirements,and through the screening of the boundary topologies to form the boundary topology test set,and finally through the optimization of tension ratio evaluates different boundary topologies,so as to achieve the purpose of the optimization of the boundary cable nets.This method greatly reduces the scale of the solution and avoids a lot of non-convergence results caused by slack cable elements.And the FEM of the whole structure of the loop antenna was established by ABAQUS,and an example of modal analysis verified that the whole structure of the antenna with better tension uniformity had better natural frequency characteristics. |
