With the development of sensing technology and the popularity of mobile smart devices,the crowd sensing project that helps professionals or the public collect data,analyze information and share knowledge by a large-scale user participation in a perceptual task is developing rapidly.Due to its flexible deployment,multi-source heterogeneity of sensed data,wide coverage and high-performance multi-function,the crowd sensing project can be applied to any field.However,there are also security risks in the process of crowd sensing,especially for large-scale participating users.When they provide sensing data,they are easy to expose their own private information,such as location data,physical health information,etc.If the private information is obtained by others,it will threaten the security and interests of the participating users.This kind of hidden danger will reduce the enthusiasm and participation of the user to the crowd sensing tasks,and thus affect the reliability and effectiveness of the crowd sensing task-issuing party to obtain the perceived result.This paper focuses on the privacy protection in the process of crowd sensing.The purpose is to use various technical means and data structures to achieve privacy protection for users.The key technologies and implementation mechanisms involved are the research focus.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the scenario model of crowd sensing and privacy pro-tection,summarizes the general privacy threat model and feasible solutions,and proposes a security mechanism for achieving privacy protection under different security models in different scenarios for the semi-honest model and malicious model.(2)In the mobile sensing scenario,this paper uses the bitwise XOR homomor-phic encryption algorithm and the Flajolet-Martin algorithm as the support to design a scheme for privacy protection in the perceptual task of large-scale mobile user participation.Based on the simple computing power of the mo-bile user sensing device,the user's sensing data is processed to hide the user sensitive privacy information involved therein.At the same time,it does not impair the accuracy of the comprehensive analysis of the data aggregator.It balances the cost and efficiency of the overall group intelligence perception process.The mechanism is extensible on large-scale data sets.(3)In the process of crowd sensing of user evaluation system,this paper introduces the ring signature algorithm and Paillier homomorphic encryption algorithm to ensure the security of user identity and evaluation information.We use blockchain nodes to avoid third-party intervention and establish a verifica-tion mechanism at the node to control participant permissions.This paper solves the storage security of evaluation information in combination with the intangible characteristics of the blockchain itself.
