The popularity of smart phone and vehicle sensing devices is greatly convenient for extensive collection of information. Many innovative applications and services are emerging. Mobile Crowd Sensing(MCS), human–centered sensing, which use smart sensing devices carried by mobile user to sense, collect and delivery information for providing universal service. MCS is a novel sensing paradigm in the area of Internet of Things(IoT), and it has been widely used in the field of traffic, environment and so on. Meanwhile, it is confronted with a serial of challenges, and gradually become a hot research topic in recent years.The information collected by smart sensing devices is transmitted by network and final delives to server. Considering the characteristic moving behavior of participants, we need to choose a scheme which can motivate people to participate and have high transmission quality. The information collected may include participants’ private message, like location, time, and personal identity. We need to design a kind of privacy protection mechanism which is efficient, practical and own efficent network performance. In view of the above problems, this paper works as follows:(1) We propose the information transfer mechanism WSNC(Weak Security Network Coding) integrated into routing policy. In this mechanism, we design the H-SPMBM(Hot Shortest Path Map Based Movement), which allows information transmission process to just using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth rather than consuming 3G/4G data flow. Not only does this application reduce the cost, but also improve reliability of data transmission, and then attract users to participate. On the basis, then, we propose privacy protection algorithms based on WSNC which can provide privacy protection in the condition of small computational requirements.(2) In WSNC, coding vector will transmit along with information. Malicious nodes can use enough coding vectors to construct decoding matrix, and then will steal participant privacy. Aiming at weak secure feature of WSNC, we propose the information transfer mechanism HE-WSNC(Homomorphic Encryption-Weak Security Network Coding) integrated into routing policy. In the mechanism, we optimize the H-SPMBM mobility algorithm, and put forward MWH, which makes participants through the Wi Fi nodes as much as possible at the cost of adding extra distance that participants accepted in order to strength the quality of information transmission. Then we put forward HE-WSNC privacy protection algorithms, which not only enhance security of privacy but also decrease tansmission overhead in network.
