With the integration and development of a new generation of information technology and manufacturing,a variety of intelligent manufacturing equipment is used in the manufacturing workshop,and real-time production information of the equipment is an important guarantee for manufacturing companies to efficiently complete tasks.As a kind of intelligent manufacturing equipment,AGV is widely used in modern manufacturing industry.At present,most domestic AGV software systems are desktop applications with C/S architecture,which causes the problems of high maintenance costs and inconvenient use in the later period.Therefore,this article designs and implements a web-based AGV real-time status monitoring and task management(abbreviated: VSS)system based on the actual needs of enterprises to improve production efficiency.The system monitors the AGV's production and transportation in real time through a Web application,and combines the open TCS scheduling software to perform path planning and task scheduling for the AGV.The specific research content of this article is as follows:(1)Demand analysis.According to the company's use requirements and actual application scenarios,combined with the main functions that the AGV software system widely used by high-end companies needs to achieve.First,the system requirements and goals were determined;then,from the functional requirements,the system should realize the functions of AGV real-time status monitoring,task information management,and map visualization interface display;finally,the user experience,system performance,and system safety were analyzed from the non-functional requirements.Sexual needs.(2)System design.On the basis of demand analysis,system design is carried out.First select the technology of the system and formulate the technology development route;then the overall design is carried out,and the system as a whole is divided into two parts-Web application and open TCS kernel.The software architecture adopts the B/S structure mode and is carried out according to the system layout.Network topology design and OPC UA communication design;then according to the function,the system is designed into seven functional modules: user login,real-time status monitoring,vehicle management,task management,map management,exception management and system management,and finally through the design of the E-R model diagram To determine the correspondence between each entity,and design each database table.(3)System implementation and testing.According to the system design,use Vue framework,Java language and Spring Boot to complete the front-end and back-end business logic writing;combine My SQL database,Web Socket and OPC UA and other technologies to complete data collection,storage and real-time update.Finally complete the realization of the system function modules,and select the main function points for testing and analysis.The results show that the system can well meet the needs of enterprises and achieve the expected design goals.This article completes the design and implementation of the system based on actual needs.This system realizes the integration of Web application and scheduling system into the same platform.Through this system,users can monitor the AGV in real time and dynamically in the browser,effectively solving the problem of inconvenience in monitoring and management caused by the operation of AGV in complex production lines.Improve the real-time and scalability of the AGV software system.It has good engineering application value.
