Customized equipment manufacturing is usually a small batch production oriented to order design,which has complex product structure,many parts and components,long production and assembly process cycle,many tasks and multi-person assembly in turn.It has strong uncertainty,and there are tasks that can not be started on time,rework and frequent delay.The scheduling problem of assembly personnel for customized equipment not only involves many constraints and large scale of the problem,but also requires comprehensive consideration of evaluation indicators such as fairness of personnel,personalized demand,order delivery,and enterprise human resource cost.Because manual planning mainly relies on the experience of the planner,it is difficult to comprehensively consider the task,personnel and time information,it is difficult to meet the complex scheduling scenarios and high scheduling requirements,and it is difficult to quantify the scheduling results due to the lack of scheduling evaluation index system.For custom equipment manufacturing enterprises with strong uncertainty in production process,there is a lack of automatic scheduling software that can meet their actual business needs in the market at present.Therefore,it is of practical application value to design and develop an intelligent scheduling system for such enterprises.Aiming at the above goals,this paper has carried out the following work:(1)Taking the production process of typical customized equipment manufacturing enterprises as the application object,starting with the analysis of assembly process,traditional manual scheduling plan,and the scheduling software on the market,the demand analysis of personnel scheduling system is carried out.Combining with the characteristics of this kind of enterprise's production assembly,staff level differences,calendar arrangement,respectively from the dimension of task,personnel,time characteristics to analyze the industry personnel scheduling problem description,clear and known assumptions,established a comprehensive account of the differences of staff level,mission requirements,scheduling calendar and scheduling model of labor laws and staff satisfaction.(2)The personnel scheduling problem of customized equipment is regarded as a constraint satisfaction problem rather than an optimization problem.Constraint satisfaction problem is a hot topic in artificial intelligence and operations research.Because of the high complexity of this kind of problem,it is an effective way to obtain the feasible solution of this kind of problem through heuristic search.In addition,enterprises attach importance to manmachine collaboration when making scheduling plans,so using the heuristic scheduling method based on priority rules is more conducive to users' understanding,acceptance and participation.The priority rules which have been proved to be better in the existing research and the priority rules proposed in combination with the characteristics of the problem are used to determine the order of task assignment and assign personnel.The minimum value of the completion time of the task in process is compared with the minimum value of the commencing time of the unassigned task,and the smaller value is taken as the next time node to promote the preparation of the scheduling plan.(3)for the study of the problems under the priority rules,evaluation index and the relationship between the environment,the design of 27 environment problem,in view of the task maximum difference total tardiness,personnel work load,task,researchers always match three penalty value evaluation index,adopted 85 combinations priority rules for experiments,analysis and evaluation of different priority rules according to the experimental results in various problems in the environment performance and applicability,and get the rules of every problem has a better performance in the environment.(4)for a custom equipment manufacturing intelligent scheduling system is designed and developed,using the above algorithm and the experimental results,business guidance system architecture,technical architecture,function module,database table structure design work,such as complete system basic data management,scheduling parameters setting,scheduling plan management functions such as development,achieve a key generation to meet the special needs of the business and scheduling scene scheduling plan.
