Development Of Small Filter Wire Package Bridge Pasting Machine

In recent years,the cost of Labor has been increasing.The traditional manual and semi-automatic pasting methods not only have high working strength and poor operating flexibility,but also can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of the electronic component industry.With the development of industrial automation and the increase of actual production demand,the automatic pasting of filter cores has been widely used in the production of electronic components.Its appearance can reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the efficiency and precision of pasting,while reducing labor costs.In this paper,UU9.8 filter wire package bridge pasting machine is developed according to the requirement of filter magnetic core automatic pasting:(1)The paper analyzes the process and task of UU9.8 filter wire package bridge pasting machine,determines the overall scheme design,and defines the technical index and the key problems to be solved in the design process.(2)The key process of UU9.8 filter wire package bridge pasting machine was studied.According to the main points of the automatic pasting process,the automatic realization method of the key process steps is analyzed,the main mechanical structure is designed,the assembly process of the automatic pasting machine is analyzed and the assembly process is formulated.(3)The static analysis of the key stress position of UU9.8 filter wire package bridge pasting machine is carried out,and the necessary strength check and structure optimization are carried out.The modeling parts are introduced into Creo software for static analysis to analyze the deformation and stress-strain of key parts,such as feed baffle and manipulator under external force.(4)The electric control system of UU9.8 filter wire package bridge pasting machine is developed.This paper analyzes the selection of the pasting machine's hardware including vibration plate,straight vibrator,cylinder,sensor,PLC and so on,designs the software of PLC program touch screen program,and realizes the man-machine panel control.(5)The installation and debugging of UU9.8 filter wire package bridge pasting machine is completed.The field equipment,air circuit and electric circuit were installed on the adhesive paster,and the adaptability of the adhesive paster was adjusted continuously during the trial operation,finally the stable production was realized.
