As the mobile phone accessory product that is convenient for personal use and protects personal voice privacy,earphones have become a general electronic product in people's daily life.With the increase of residents' consumption power,consumers' demand for the number of earphones is gradually increasing,which puts forward new expectations for the production quality and efficiency of earphones.Among them,in the earphone manufacturing process,the earphone must be pasted with tuning net paper so that the sound quality of the earphone can be adjusted in the subsequent process.At present,most of the industrial site tuning net paper sticks are picked up and pasted manually.Due to manual operation,this method will cause deviation of the paste position of the tuning net paper,which will affect the air permeability of the tuning hole of the earphone,and then affect the earphone sound quality level.With the extensive coverage of automated production in industrial sites,the use of related automation technology instead of manual mesh paper has become an effective way to overcome the above-mentioned problems.This paper mainly studies the identification and positioning of the tuning hole of the circular earphone and its matching tuning screen.It is designed to detect the positioning control system of the circular earphone tuning hole and the tuning screen to realize the automatic detection,identification and positioning.Features.The main missions of the paper are as follows:(1)Research on the earphone tuning hole and tuning screen recognition and positioning algorithm.Perform grayscale,filter and image segmentation preprocessing on the semi-finished headset and tuning screen image,analyze the existing algorithms,and propose an improved median filter suitable for the headset image.The gradient Hough transform algorithm is used to extract the contour of the outer edge of the earphone and the shape and position of the tuning hole.The connected domain calibration algorithm is used to identify and locate the tuning holes of the preprocessing tuning screen,and analyze and calculate the deflection angle of the earphone tuning hole relative to the standard template and the position of the tuning screen.(2)Research on the positioning control system of earphone sticking net paper.The overall framework of the tuning hole and tuning screen detection system and the motion control system are respectively described.Use PC as the host computer development platform,configure Visual Studio 2015 and Open CV development environment to complete the programming environment of the host computer.Analyze and compare related motion controllers,select Mitsubishi PLC as the motion controller,and build the overall motion process.Define and explain the data exchange format between the two parts of the system.The design of user interaction interface based on Qt and MCGS configuration software realizes the function of human-computer interaction.(3)Set up a test platform and conduct related experiments,analyze the performance indicators that the system needs to consider,and test the image detection accuracy,detection stability and real-time performance of the headset sticking net paper positioning control system.Verify the performance of the system.Analysis of the experimental results shows that the system meets the established design requirements.Has certain practical application value.
