Research And Implementation Of Spam SMS Cloud Filtering Platform

With the rapid development of instant messaging tools such as We Chat,the frequency of individual users' use of text messages has decreased.However,as a convenient,fast and formal way of mobile contact,short message is still very popular among enterprises and institutions,non-network groups and businesses,etc.,especially port short message,which has achieved rapid development in recent years and provides abundant returns to the telecom operators.With the development of port short message service,the problem of spam short message is becoming more and more prominent.Junk SMS not only interferes with the normal work and rest of mobile phone users,but also causes huge investment burden for operators.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out the rectification of junk SMS.At present,domestic spam message filtering is mainly based on black and white list technology and text content filtering technology,which has a high rate of false blocking and missing blocking.In view of the above problems,this paper comprehensively uses a variety of technical means,methods and rules to carry out the research and implementation of the cloud filtering platform for spam messages,and carries out the identification,analysis and filtering of spam messages from the source of communication operators.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper introduces the background of spam messages,and carries out a review of the current situation of spam message filtering technology and filtering system construction at home and abroad.In this paper,the text analysis technology of artificial intelligence is deeply studied,and the active learning technology,classification technology and clustering technology are introduced in detail.In addition,the cloud platform is studied and its working principle is introduced.2.Designed and implemented the cloud filtering platform for spam short messages.This paper first analyzes the SMS filtering process and the requirements of filtering platform,carries out the outline design,and then designs the system organization architecture,network architecture,application architecture and main business function modules in detail,and deployments them on the cloud platform.3.The intelligent filter technology is optimized,by using bayesian network classification algorithm combined with artificial intelligence algorithm is a new type of algorithm to filter spam messages,including using KNN classification method for junk SMS samples to study,can learn from the samples of artificial audit decision rules of spam messages,supplemented by key word stock list,strategy and other auxiliary reference logic,It can realize the content-based monitoring,identification,filtering and intelligent classification of SMS messages from the source of operators,and improve the filtering efficiency of spam SMS messages.The test results of spam cloud filtering platform show that the platform can effectively intercept and filter spam messages,and realize the recognition of SMS content and intelligent classification filtering.And because the system adopts the analysis technology of artificial intelligence learning,only a few maintenance personnel are needed to confirm new samples in daily maintenance,which greatly saves the labor cost.
