Research On The Evolution Of High-value Patents In Reverse Innovation Of Local Enterprises

With the continuous improvement of economic strength and innovation ability of emerging countries,the reverse innovation activities of local enterprises in developing countries are increasing.However,the lack of high-value patents is a bottleneck problem that restricts the success and sustainable development of reverse innovation of local enterprises.Therefore,based on the reverse innovation situation of local enterprises,this paper discusses the evolution law of high-value patents in the process of reverse innovation,in order to provide theoretical and policy basis for the cultivation of high-value patents in the reverse innovation of local enterprises.Firstly,based on the theory of reverse innovation and patent evolution,this paper discusses the connotation of high-value patent and its interaction in the three dimensions of technology,law and market.Combined with the evolution process of reverse innovation,this paper establishes the evolution theoretical framework of high-value patent in the process of reverse innovation of local enterprises.Secondly,the Lotka Volterra three-dimensional evolution model of high-value patents is constructed by using the ecological simulation evolution model to further explain the formation and evolution process of high-value patents in the process of reverse innovation.Finally,combined with the cases of Huawei and BYD,the evolution path of their high-value patents is analyzed.It is found that high value patents are formed in the process of reverse innovation,and the formation of high value patents is affected by the value of technology,law and market.In the domestic stage of reverse innovation,the value of high-value patents increases evenly in three dimensions,but the growth rate is slow.In the international market stage,the technology and market value of high-value patents increase rapidly,especially the value of legal dimension.Finally,high value patents will be formed on the time node of reverse innovation success.Accordingly,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the two levels of enterprises and the government to cultivate high-value patents.The findings and suggestions of this paper can provide some theoretical and practical reference for the research and cultivation of high value patents in reverse innovation of local enterprises.
