The concept of Industry 4.0 has made the relationship between industrial production and the Internet closer.More and more industrial production control scenarios have been proposed and put into use,providing a direction for the development of the Industrial Internet.At present,many real-time network protocols supporting industrial production have been formulated and put into the actual industrial network system.The common points of these protocols are to ensure the real-time performance of network transmission and realize the determination of control information transmission in industrial production.However,due to the different manufacturers of the protocol,the compatibility of network devices supporting different protocol standards is poor,and the interconnection cannot be realized,which seriously affects the operation and management of the network,is not conducive to the maintenance and upgrade of the network,and greatly increases the production cost.In order to solve this problem and realize the common network transmission of IT and OT information in the network,the IEEE802.1 working group has developed the Time-Sensitive Network(TSN),a general industrial Ethernet standard.As an important part of the time-sensitive network protocol standard,the scheduling mechanism plays a vital role in ensuring the time-sensitive characteristics of the network.This thesis studies the scheduling mechanism based on the IEEE802.1Qbv protocol in Time-Sensitive Network,including software simulation and hardware implementation.The thesis first describes the background of Time-Sensitive Network and its scheduling mechanisms,and then uses the OMENT++ network simulation tool to design and simulate the scheduling mechanism defined in IEEE802.1Qbv,mainly for the design and implementation of the gate mechanism involved in the protocol.And the mechanism is verified by simulation,and the result shows that it can effectively guarantee the certainty of scheduled data transmission in the network.In order to further verify whether the scheduling mechanism can also ensure the determinism of data transmission in the network in practical applications,the thesis uses the LS1021 ATSN hardware development platform and the corresponding software system Open IL to implement the mechanism for the first time,and develops related experiments for verification the feasibility of the mechanism,whether it can guarantee the certainty of data transmission,the experiment design content includes the defect analysis of the free competition scheduling mechanism and the strict priority scheduling mechanism,and the implementation of the scheduling mechanism based on the IEEE802.1Qbv protocol to verify whether the mechanism can guarantee the certainty of data transmission in the network.The results show that it is feasible to design and implement the scheduling mechanism based on IEEE802.1Qbv with the help of the LS1021 ATSN development platform,which can effectively guarantee the deterministic requirements of data transmission in the network.The thesis has 43 pictures,9 tables and 62 references.
