The Text Structure And Narrative Framework Of Rumor Refutation

With the advent of information explosion era,people have more channels to obtain useful information,but it also provides convenience for the spread of rumors.Based on this,the release and dissemination of rumor information is becoming more and more important.This paper selects more than 860 samples from China Internet United rumor refutation platform to analyze and study the text of rumor refutation information.This paper mainly adopts two research methods: text analysis and frame analysis.First of all,literature analysis method is used to summarize the research results of Internet rumors and rumor information.On this basis,text analysis and frame analysis are used to analyze the sample information.When using the method of text analysis to study rumor refuting information,this paper draws on the research direction of domestic scholars on Internet rumor refuting information text,and makes a statistical analysis on the title,text composition,subject,information statement and narrative structure of rumor refuting information.When using the frame analysis method to study rumor refutation information,based on the existing empirical research and the elements of rumor refutation information,this paper summarizes four kinds of frame models,which are: the frame model of self proof +Organization;the frame model of "rumor + refutation" in the background description: "the statement framework of information certainty";the frame of rumor refutation information's resolution of negative emotions.Through the analysis,this paper finds that the mainstream media represented by China Internet United rumor refuting platform will use a set of stylized narrative mode when editing rumor refuting information,and the style of writing has something in common.In writing mode,it has universality.Generally speaking,the text structure of rumor refuting information in mainstream media is fixed and patterned.In view of this phenomenon,this paper proposes to enhance the proximity of text content,including strengthening the vividness of information and increasing the use of inverted pyramid structure;enriching the framework model,including increasing the linkage model of rumor refuting subjects and increasing the use proportion of negative emotion framework;finally,we should pay attention to the effect of rumor refutation,including appropriately reducing the intensity of rumor refutation and exploring the form of rumor refutation suitable for Internet users' reading habits.
