With the rapid increase in wireless communication services,more spectrum resources are needed to provide users with data transmission services.At present,most spectrum resources have been allocated to specific spectrum users.This approach leads to the problem of low spectrum resource utilization.Therefore,Cognitive Radio(CR)technology emerges from time to time,in which dynamic spectrum allocation is the core of this technology.For the purpose of improving spectrum utilization,this paper studies cognitive radio and spectrum allocation issues and proposes The spectrum allocation scheme based on the Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm(IWOA)and the Enhanced Grey Wolf Optimizer(EGWO),the specific research is as follows:1.Cognitive users can "borrow" authorized spectrum resources,but they cannot affect the use of authorized users.Based on the interference constraint relationship between cognitive users and authorized users,a cognitive radio based on graph theory coloring is built Spectrum allocation model.2.Analyze the Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)and Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO).For the purpose of enhancing the performance of these two algorithms,the Whale Optimization Algorithm and Grey Wolf Optimizer are analyzed.A series of analysis improvements,using12 benchmark test functions to perform function solving experimental analysis on the improved algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.3.The improved whale optimization algorithm and the improved gray wolf optimization algorithm are subjected to corresponding discretization processing,and the improved algorithm is combined with the spectrum allocation model under the graph theory coloring model to achieve system network benefits and cognitive user access fairness As an objective function,it verifies the practicability of the improved intelligent optimization algorithm in cognitive radio spectrum allocation.Through the analysis of the results of the simulation experiment,it is proved that the IWOA and EGWO proposed in this paper have good performance and can effectively improve the spectrum resource allocation ability of the cognitive radio system.
