The convergence of information technology and economic society has brought about rapid growth of data and higher requirements for communication systems.As a radio technology that plays an important role in mobile communications,its spectrum resources have also become the country's basic strategic resources.However,as a non-renewable resource,radio frequency resources are becoming more and more limited,and will gradually become an important factor limiting the further development of mobile communications in the near future.On the other hand,with the continuous improvement of human society,the popularity of the Internet,the mobile Internet,and even the future Internet of Things is also increasing,and the information content of wireless networks has gradually shifted from the original text and audio.High-speed pictures,high-definition audio and video,and other high network speed requirements are rapidly developing.This makes the already scarce channel resources even more strained.How to make more efficient use of spectrum resources has always been an important research direction in the field of communications.The emergence of cognitive radio technology has provided a promising idea for solving this problem.This paper mainly introduces and analyzes spectrum sharing and broadcasting algorithm technology in cognitive radio technology.The former guarantees that cognitive devices can reasonably allocate idle spectrum without mutual interference;the latter serves as route discovery and propagation control in CR networks.The basic mechanism of operations such as information and issuing alarms requires effective broadcasting in the CR network when the spectrum channel cannot be guaranteed.This paper analyzes some mature algorithms in the current research,and proposes an improved self-organizing group fair bargaining algorithm based on graph theory-based spectrum allocation algorithm,which can effectively reduce the system efficiency while ensuring the system's utility is basically the same.The complexity of the system;he proposed a heuristic optimization algorithm based on the cooperation of spiders in the natural world,and applied it to the spectrum allocation problem of distributed CR networks.At the same time,in the aspect of broadcasting algorithms,the idea based on OFDM was proposed.A spectrum handshake mechanism based on convolution and Fourier transform,and on the basis of it,packet packet and spectrum fragment broadcast algorithms are implemented,which increases the node's throughput.
