The existing "smart city" system only supports the data collection function,and cannot analyze and process abnormal data on the data perception gateway side.All abnormal event processing needs to be completed in the cloud,which requires more judgment and emergency response capabilities for monitoring personnel.High,prone to delay in judging abnormal events and slow processing.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs and implements a smart city-oriented multi-source perception and emergency linkage system.The system combines weather environment data,street lamp operating status data,BLE broadcast data,visible light video data,and key alarm information five kinds of multi-source data Real-time collection,centralized storage and real-time display through serial communication and network transmission realize the real-time and multi-source nature of the system.At the same time,when abnormal data occurs,the multi-source data is fused and processed to achieve the purpose of system emergency linkage.The system software function is the focus of the thesis research,which is mainly divided into three parts: the abnormal event emergency linkage function subsystem,the weather environment data real-time viewing subsystem,and the street lamp operating status data real-time viewing subsystem:(1)The emergency linkage function subsystem for abnormal events is mainly based on the fusion of multi-source data to deal with abnormal events.First,the BLE broadcast data and button alarm information are collected on the system device side.When the button alarm abnormal event occurs,the device side The embedded controller performs linkage light display and linkage alarm video recording,and issues driving instructions.The single light controller module at the equipment side executes the instructions to turn on the lights and adjust the brightness to 100%.The visible light video module saves the20 s video before and after the incident in the monitoring area.file.Subsequently,on the system server,the button alarm information under the agreed theme is consumed,the abnormal event type and event occurrence time and other information are extracted,and then combined with the BLE broadcast data information returned by the database,the inspectors near the incident area are determined through the SMS cloud The platform sends alarm information to it;at the same time,it pushes the abnormal event information to the Web client,and the monitoring interface of the incident area pops up to remind the monitoring personnel of abnormal events and quickly take corresponding emergency measures.(2)Meteorological environment data real-time viewing subsystem,using serial communication technology,embedded system construction,and transplantation technology to achieve real-time data collection of temperature,humidity,light intensity,noise,PM2.5 and PM10 on the system equipment side,through Kafka message queue The data is quickly uploaded to the system server.After the system server consumes the weather data,the socket IO technology is used to push the weather data to the front-end display interface in real time,so that the monitoring personnel can view the change curve of the weather environment data in real time.(3)Real-time viewing subsystem for street lamp operating status data,and periodically querying street lamp operating status through the street lamp single-lamp controller on the system equipment side,and real-time collection of street lamp operating voltage,current,effective power,leakage current,dimming status and color temperature status,And push the above-mentioned data to the front-end display interface in real time through Kafka technology and WebSocket protocol,so that the monitoring personnel can view the data change curve of street lamp operation status in real time.This paper designs and implements the software functions of the multi-source perception and emergency linkage system,and successfully verifies the real-time and multi-source nature of the system,providing a new feasible solution for the "smart city" system design.
