The wireless personal area network is a wireless communication network that takes the individual as the center and realizes the interconnection and intercommunication of various electronic devices in a small area.It focuses on solving the problem of the "last few meters of cable" in the wireless network.Information transfer between wireless personal area network devices must follow a rule or agreement,that is,a networking protocol.At present,various networking technologies for wireless personal area networks have their own characteristics in transmission rate,communication distance,networking capability,and power consumption performance,but they can no longer meet the stringent requirements of emerging technologies such as unmanned driving and telemedicine on delay.In response to this problem,thesis designs and implements a low-latency networking protocol for personal area networks.The main work of this thesis is as follows:First,this thesis analyzed a series of standards formulated by the IEEE 802.15 working group for wireless personal area networks,analyzes the current mainstream wireless personal area network networking technology,and puts forward the functional requirements and performance requirements of the protocol software for the actual application scenarios of this article.Second,this thesis designed networking protocols around low latency and high throughput performance requirements.The networking protocol is mainly divided into network layer,MAC layer and physical layer protocol: the physical layer protocol specifies the system's uplink and downlink wireless frame structure;the MAC layer protocol specifies the MAC data frame structure,and adopts TDMA/FDMA mixed multi-node channel access Technology,and determine the system's uplink and downlink wireless resource allocation method and node random access process;the network layer protocol is mainly responsible for the fragmentation and reorganization of business frames and routing and forwarding.Third,according to the protocol design scheme,this thesis completed the network protocol software implementation of the central node and the sub-nodes.Based on the Free RTOS operating system,the protocol software is designed and implemented with the idea of layering and sub-modules,and good independence between layers and between modules is maintained,which is convenient for the iterative upgrade and function expansion of the protocol software in the future.Fourth,the Xilinx Zynq-7045+AD9371 hardware platform was built to perform functional testing and performance analysis of networking protocol software.The test results show that the actual maximum throughput of the star wireless personal area network constructed in this paper reaches 54 Mbps,and the end-to-end delay of data packets is less than 6ms,which meets the design index requirements.The thesis completed the design and implementation of a low-latency networking protocol for personal area networks to meet the practical application requirements of low-latency and high throughput,and has certain engineering for the application of wireless personal area networks in low-latency scenarios Meaning and reference value.
