The mobile phone experience store is a brand-new sales model that has emerged in recent years. It is also a promising retail approach growing from the traditional retail industry in the context of the increasingly developed E-Commerce.What distinguishes a mobile experience store from a traditional mobile phone sales store is that the former can bring customers a whole package of perceptions: from the mobile phone itself to the surroundings, from the hardware equipment to the software ecology with a larger storefront and well-designed product display.A reasonable location on the one hand provides customers with easier access, maximizing the coverage of clients;on the other hand,it also effectively avoids unnecessary costs due to excessive opening of stores,as well as internal friction results from competition among stores. The attributes of physical stores make it difficult to adjust flexibly once the location of the experience store is selected.Given the limits of the number of experience store,a wise choice of its location may play a more strategic role than what we have expected.Researches concerning the traditional location selection problems have been around for a long time, but with a rise of newly experiential consumption habits forming among today's consumers,it is meaningful and necessary to study the location of stores in this new context. The paper selected H company's existing store location and alternative store location in Chengdu as the major study subject.Through AHP and MCLP maximum coverage model, the paper, using python computer programming language, intends to conduct analysis from three aspects: the company's existing single store location;the evaluation of the regional multi-store location and the planning of the store's future layout. This article first introduces the mobile experience store project of H Company and its location in Chengdu,Sichuan.Furthermore, the proportion of the AHP analytic factors related to the location of the store is identified through internal research.Meanwhile, the consistency of all these factors is verified via mathematical testing system.Through offline observation and exploration and big data examination, this paper places the location of all established stores under the evaluation of Yaahp analysis software.Drawn from the comparison of the pros and cons of the selection of these existing sites, the paper offers certain suggestions and summaries for future site selection. In addition, the paper applies the Python language to construct the maximum coverage model commonly used in site selection research;through sample calculation, the feasibleness of the computer algorithm is verified. What's more, the programming language is applied to achieve the visualization of store location as well as the coverage area on map.Concurrently, the reasonable service coverage and location density lay a concrete foundation for the selection of the alternative sites. Finally, three new store locations are selected from the nine alternative store sites, which is two less than that of the original plan. This conduct, not only enlarges the store coverage but also runs-down the construction cost. What's more,it meets the requirement of the construction blueprint in the next year, making the layout of the entire store system more reasonable and balanced.By creatively incorporating computer language and software to achieve the model algorithm, the paper provides the traditional retail stores with tangible and innovative tools for the selection and layout of store sites.Despite the fact that the paper has studied the site selection of a mobile experience from different aspects, certain deficiencies of this research cannot be eliminated completely. Therefore, reflections and suggestions are listed in the end in case any further explorations may in need of reference.
