At present,as a new type of sensor,fiber Bragg grating sensor has the advantages of anti electromagnetic interference,good insulation performance,corrosion resistance,wide measurement range and so on.It is widely used in industry,agriculture,military,marine environment and other fields.According to the actual engineering requirements of marine environmental measurement,this paper theoretically analyzes the pressure and fast response temperature sensor based on Fiber Bragg grating,and carries out relevant experimental research workFirstly,on the basis of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology,the principle of fiber Bragg grating temperature and pressure sensing is analyzed and studied,and a temperature sensing scheme using liquid gallium alloy as sensitizing material is proposed,and a hanging optical fiber grating pressure sensing scheme based on elastic diaphragm structure is proposed.Secondly,the FBG temperature sensor and pressure sensor are simulated by using the simulation software to determine the size and material of the packaging structure of the temperature sensor and pressure sensor,and the pressure and temperature sensor is designed and manufactured in practice.Thirdly,the demodulation scheme based on FPGA system based on the principle of matching method is designed,and the related hardware and software design is completed.Finally,the response characteristics and performance of the sensor are analyzed through the experimental test,and the stability,repeatability and dynamic response of the sensor are tested,and the experimental results are analyzed and studied in detail.After integration and optimization,the FBG pressure sensor and fast response temperature sensor designed in this paper can be used to solve the integrated pressure and temperature sensor to meet the needs of marine environment measurement,and provide theoretical basis and experimental support for the new marine sensor measurement system.
