| In recent years,China’s innovation-driven development strategy has achieved remarkable results.Under the guidance of new drivers of innovative development,high-quality development has been continuously improved.Science and technology is the primary productive force.Although China is an innovative country,it is not a powerful one.The annual investment scale of science and technology in China is growing steadily,but there is still a certain gap compared with developed countries,especially in the achievement of basic research.Recently,China is facing a severe external market environment.A series of US sanctions reflect the threat and impact brought by China’s breakthroughs in core technologies,and also illustrate the importance of innovation capability for a country and an enterprise.This paper has the following two research purposes: First,to explore the motivation of enterprises to carry out innovative R&D activities.Second,measure the effect of innovation research and development activities of manufacturing enterprises.The research content of this article is divided into six chapters,first of all,according to research literature at home and abroad and the related theoretical analysis,combing the enterprise to carry out innovative research and development activities,at the same time,combining with the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise innovation research and development activities,analyzes the reason of manufacturing enterprise innovation activities,and then in the case of huawei company,deeply analyzes the huawei company around the basic situation of strategic planning to carry out innovative research and development activities,and the effect of innovation from the level of professional ability,market competition,the company’s performance,four aspects has carried on the evaluation of enterprise value,according to the case analysis and research conclusions,Combined with the domestic and foreign research literature on the impact of R&D efficiency and China’s manufacturing enterprise innovation research and development situation,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.Huawei adheres to spending more than 10% of its annual sales revenue on innovative research and development,and in recent years,the proportion of R&D investment has exceeded 14%.With continuous and high R&D investment,Huawei has been able to maintain its leading position in many technical fields,thus winning the respect and trust of customers under great pressure from the outside world.Based on Huawei’s representative position in the communications manufacturing industry,its great importance to innovation and research and development,and the important driving force of innovation and research and development for the development of enterprises,this paper chooses Huawei as the object of case analysis.The research contributions of this paper are twofold.First,it sorts out the motivation of carrying out innovative research and development activities.Second,we measure the effect of innovation research and development activities of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the analysis of the motivation and goal of enterprises’ innovation research and development activities,this paper evaluates the effect of enterprises’ innovation research and development from four aspects:professional level ability,market competitiveness,enterprise performance and enterprise value. |
