In the contemporary corporate governance system,the expansion of the market gives rise to professional segmentation,and the operation of enterprises requires professional management teams.For solve the resulting information asymmetry and agency problems,equity incentive measures have also emerged.In the 1950 s,the stock option plan,a new type of corporate management tool,first born in the United States.By motivating employees,they would have equity in the company and become managers.This can help mitigating the econflict to a certain extent,so it was gradually incorporated into the legal protection of the United States.It put forward new ideas in terms of absorbing talents.Since 2005,under the influence of the western management economy,our country has introduced policies to continuously promote the reform process.So far,almost 4,000 enterprises in China are in the stage of implementing equity incentive plans.As economic environment has developed rapidly,domestic companies are also adjusting and adapting to absorb nutrients.The capital market is actively introducing advanced Western management methods and systematic development models,and constantly adjusting and adapting.The form of equity incentives is in the country spread widely.As a powerful governance tool to enhance team harmony,equity incentives have gradually become a common way to attract and retain core talents.It is of great meaning for leading the convenient life and improving modern national soft power.Information companies have their own industry characteristics,such as long pre-development time,high investment costs,high risks and returns,fast product iteration,etc.Therefore,higher requirements need to be pointed out in terms of updating technology patents and absorbing and maintaining core business talents.Therefore,when designing and implementing incentives,it is even more required to match equity incentive plans that meet the characteristics of the innovative development of their own industries.IFLYTEK Co.,Ltd.is the industry benchmark in the voice intelligence market segment and firmly ranks first in the industry.Since 2011,it has launched four equity incentive plans.The first and second periods use stock options as the incentive model,and the third and fourth periods use restricted stock as an incentive tool.In the research and discussion of this topic,I added the latest fourth phase of equity incentive data of the industry of science and technology for comparison,updated the timeliness of the analysis and research,and the data is relatively new and the number is comprehensive.By comparing the changes in the performance,profitability,personnel turnover and innovation capabilities of i FLYTEK after the completion of the equity incentive plan,we will further explore the growth of the company during this period and discuss the financial performance after the multi-phase incentive plan.By comparing the development results to prove that equity incentives have played a positive role.Explore whether equity incentives can really help enterprises to alleviate problems such as the elimination of entrusted agency,and help enterprise value and company growth.
