As the online business updates more and more quickly,as well as the background of global informatization expands extensively,Transnational E-commerce has developed rapidly,and purchasing goods from the Internet has become a part of life.Driven by the policy of "one belt and one road",China and Laos have become important countries in the area along the way,and foreign economic and trade play a very important role in the economic development of the two countries.This paper takes ecommerce of agricultural products in China and Laos as the research object.We will vigorously carry out foreign trade in agricultural products between the two countries,strengthen cooperation between them and promote their economic development.Starting from the research background of e-commerce platforms for agricultural products in China and Laos,this paper studies the crossborder e-commerce platforms at home and abroad.From a technical point of view,this paper studies the e-commerce platform of agricultural products in China and Laos based on the framework of SSM.J2 EE and other related technologies are applied to the system design and implementation to provide a good platform for agricultural products trading between China and Laos.Starting from the requirements of e-commerce platform for agricultural products in China and Laos,this paper uses MVC framework to enhance the scalability of the system.Through struts,page Jump and logical business are realized.My SQL database is used in database.This paper first carries out the requirement analysis of agricultural products ecommerce platform in China and Laos,then designs the system framework,and designs the system functions based on SSM framework.Its functions are mainly divided into foreground and background functions.The foreground functions are mainly to display and trade agricultural products,and the background functions are administrators.To add,delete and check the basic information of commodities,to manage the categories of commodities,user orders,user information,etc.Finally,the system is implemented.Its functions are mainly divided into foreground and background functions.The foreground function is mainly to display and trade agricultural products,while the backstage function is for administrators to manage commodity information,such as commodity category,user order and user information.Finally,the main functions of the system,such as registration and login,commodity information query,shopping cart,order management,commodity management,product review,customer management are realized and displayed.As more and more goods are sold on e-commerce platform,it is more and more difficult for users to select the products they need.How to accurately recommend products according to users' preferences has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,clustering algorithm and collaborative filtering are combined to achieve personalized recommendation.Finally,the system is tested by adding shopping cart,order generation,adding goods,commodity management,order management and commodity reviews.The test results show that the platform runs well and can meet users' shopping needs.
