With the development of electronic science and technology and the informatization of modern military equipment, phased array radar has become a research hotspot. As an important part of phased array radar, the main function of the receiver is to convert the echo signal back from the target into an intermediate frequency signal that can be processed by the signal processing unit, while suppressing external interference and noise so that the echo signal can retain the target information as much as possible. While modern radar receivers are continuously developing towards low noise and large dynamics, they are also developing towards miniaturization, low power consumption, and integration. In order to meet the power distribution of two local oscillator signals in a multi-channel receiver, firstly, the paper has designed a dual-channel high-isolation broadband power divider. This power divider is based on a vertical elliptical coupling structure.Because of its dual-channel broadband characteristics, the function of simultaneously distributing power of two local oscillator signals is realized.Secondly,in response to the requirements of the RF filter in the multi-channel receiver in this paper, based on the electrical coupling technology,a UHF SIW filter was designed with a center frequency of 13 GHz and a bandwidth of 0.4 GHz.It has low insertion loss at UHF and is easy to integrate with microstrip circuits.Through the improvement of the rectangular slot,an "?-shaped" slot filter was designed. The center frequency of the filter is 8.5GHz and the bandwidth is 2.4GHz.Finally,a four-channel Ku-band receiver is designed in this paper. The receiver meets the characteristics of low noise figure, large dynamic range, small size, and low power consumption.Firstly, the analysis process of receiver structure selection and parameter selection is given. The local oscillator frequency and intermediate frequency are determined through spectrum planning, and the circuit structure is given. Then through the measurement, simulation and layout verification of the designed circuit structure, the rationality of the designed receiver is verified. Finally, the designed receiver is processed and packaged, with a length of 167.3mm,a width of 132.6mm and a thickness of 15 mm.The design process of the multi-channel miniaturized receiver proposed in this paper can meet the design requirements of radars in different frequency bands, and is particularly suitable for modern high-mobile anti-interference radars,land-based and sea-based phased array radars, and electronic countermeasures and communications.
