Traditional Taijiquan has received more and more attention because of its effect on improving sub-health.In view of the complexity of the theory and practice of Taijiquan,it takes long-term training and perception to master its inherent regularity.Therefore,exploring the laws and characteristics of traditional Taijiquan from a scientific perspective is of great significance to the development of Taijiquan.This research explores the rules and characteristics of traditional Taijiquan from the angle of electromyography measurement.First,collect and denoise the surface EMG signal of the typical movements of traditional Taijiquan;then perform feature value analysis and action recognition analysis on the surface EMG signal;on the basis of subdividing the surface EMG signal multiple times according to the action points,Preliminarily designed a traditional Tai Chi training system based on biofeedback.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Research on the detection of surface EMG signals in typical movements of traditional TaijiquanAccording to the essentials and characteristics of traditional Taijiquan,the traditional Taijiquan "knee and twist step" is selected as the typical test movement,and the surface EMG tester is used to measure the surface EMG signal of the relevant main muscles;the surface EMG is collected After the signal is received,it is firstly subjected to band-pass filtering in the range of 10?500 Hz,and then sym3 is selected as the basis function for wavelet threshold denoising and window smoothing,and finally the ideal denoising effect is achieved.(2)Characteristic analysis of surface EMG signals of typical movements of traditional TaijiquanAfter denoising the surface EMG signal,extract feature values from the time domain,frequency domain,and time-frequency domain to analyze and study the representative features of the "knee-knee and step" movement;use principal component analysis to analyze the extracted features Dimensionality reduction is performed on the value to improve the subsequent efficiency;the right hand movement of "knee-knee and step" is divided into 5types of actions according to the action points,and the corresponding actions are identified and identified using the BP neural network,LDA classification,and decision tree methods.Analysis;After that,the action 1 of the 5 actions is further subdivided in 6 stages according to the action points,and the characteristic curve is drawn.Through the comparative analysis of the practitioners,the characteristic law of the EMG signal of the long-term Tai Chi practitioners is extracted.(3)Research on traditional Taijiquan training system based on biofeedbackDesigned a traditional Tai Chi biofeedback training system based on graphical user interface(GUI).Through the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer,the surface EMG signal is displayed on the interface in real time,and the characteristic value of the signal is extracted and the characteristic curve is drawn.The actions were adjusted according to the analysis results,and a simple biofeedback training was formed.The results show that the surface EMG signal characteristics of the long-term practitioners are consistent with the traditional Taijiquan's "change of virtual reality" and "sections through".Therefore,the surface EMG signal of traditional Taijiquan can be used to characterize traditional Taijiquan.The basic law of boxing;the recognition rate of long-term practitioners' actions is between 90% and 96%,and the recognition rate of short-term practitioners' actions is between 70% and 83%.The comparison shows that the action characteristics of long-term practitioners are obvious.,The degree of distinction between actions is high;the recognition rate between long-term and short-term practitioners is higher than 99%,and long-term and short-term practitioners can be effectively distinguished by action recognition;the electromyographic characteristic curves of long-term practitioners have similar trends,The EMG characteristic curve of short-term exercisers is irregular.The difference between the surface EMG signal characteristic values of long-term exercisers and short-term exercisers can be used to visualize and intuitively display the characteristic signals through the graphical display of the characteristic signals.It provides guidance for the advanced training of Taijiquan.
