Research On Library User Privacy Protection Model Based On Block Chain

With the continuous popularization of intelligent service concept and the wide application of new technologies such as big data,Internet of things and artificial intelligence,the library has realized the organic integration of physical space,virtual space,resource space and user space,greatly improving the service efficiency and service level.The basis of the management and service implementation of Smart Library is to collect and analyze the user information comprehensively,which increases the risk of user information security and privacy leakage.The contradiction between the application and protection of user information is increasingly prominent.The problem of library user privacy security has become the bottleneck restricting the development of library.Therefore,while using the new technology to improve the service ability and service quality,the library should also consider how to use the new technology to solve the problem of user privacy security.Block chain is a new technology rising in recent years,which has the characteristics of decentralization,anonymity and asymmetric encryption.It has outstanding advantages in privacy protection,and provides a new solution to solve the problem of library user privacy protection.In view of this,this paper first defines the related concepts of library user privacy block chain involved in the process of library intelligent service,and combs the modern human rights concept,personal secret right,information life cycle theory and stakeholder theory involved in this paper;Secondly,through the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview,this paper summarizes the current risks faced by library users' privacy security in China,including the risk of right to know in the information collection and creation stage,the risk of control in the information organization and processing stage,the risk of access in the information transmission and storage stage,the risk of authenticity in the information dissemination and sharing stage,the risk of relevance in the information utilization and service stage Information infringement feedback stage ownership risk;Thirdly,it introduces the development history,current situation and infrastructure model of block chain,and analyzes the feasibility of using block chain in library user privacy protection from three aspects: application field,main advantages and technical principles;Finally,the paper proposes a privacy protection model for library users based on block chain,points out that the model construction should follow the principles of initiative,integrity,application and scalability,and introduces the model structure design from four modules: stakeholders,information life cycle,privacy risk identification and block chain infrastructure,And the realization mechanism of the privacy protection model of library users is described.In order to solve the user privacy problems faced by the library in the process of intelligent service,and provide reference for the library user privacy protection under the concept of intelligent service.
